- Add 2 teaspoon (10g) Family Healthmix powder to 200ml milk and mix well in a saucepan.
- Stir and boil continuously for 5 minutes in medium heat. Family Healthmix Powder is slightly sweetened.
- Add jaggery/sugar as per the requirement and stir well. Healthy and delicious Family Healthmix can be used both hot and chilled as per your choice. Recommended usage twice in a day.
